What wrong with Joaquin Phoenix? (Phoenix letterman bomb)

I saw on Letterman with Joaquin Phoenix and it was really weird. What is happening. Then figure that, I think he had a psychotic break and now has schizophrenia. He is paranoid and delusional. No longer has the health, he let his hair and beard grow, always use sunglasses. Why?

He is extremely shy, which means uncertainty and nervous internally. may also show that he was going to be more susceptible to schizophrenia, a psychotic break, because it is a gene that can be suppressed or leave depending on whether it's trauma or medication that can induce.
